Order Processing & Shipping Times
• All standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once processed, orders are shipped via our standard shipping carriers and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Pre-Order Items
• Pre-order items will take 3-4 weeks for production.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once the pre-order items are ready. If you’d prefer to have available items shipped first send us an email and we’d be happy to review shipping options with you.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the most efficient method for your order based on your location.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returns & Refunds
• We do not issue refunds or exchanges at this time.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
