Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, orders are shipped via our standard shipping carriers and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will take 3-4 weeks for production. 
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once the pre-order items are ready. If you’d prefer to have available items shipped first send us an email and we’d be happy to review shipping options with you.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the most efficient method for your order based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Refunds

We do not issue refunds or exchanges at this time.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
