When will my order ship?

Each Noiré release is produced in limited quantities following the order window. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.

If your order is completed sooner, it will be dispatched immediately.

You will receive progress updates as your pieces move through production so you are never left wondering about your order.


Why does production take several weeks?

We take a measured approach to production so that every garment meets our standards for structure, fit, and finish.

Rushed timelines often compromise quality. Allowing adequate time ensures your pieces arrive ready to wear and worthy of your wardrobe.

Many clients find their order arrives earlier than expected.


Is my item reserved once I place an order?

Yes.

Once your purchase is completed, your selected pieces are officially secured and allocated for production.

Because each release is intentionally limited, reserving early is the best way to ensure availability.


Will I receive updates?

Absolutely.

You will hear from us at key moments throughout production, including when your order enters final construction and again when it prepares to ship.

Our goal is to provide clarity at every stage so your experience feels seamless from purchase to delivery.


Can I cancel my order?

Because your pieces are allocated for production shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only available within a brief window after purchase.

How do I choose the right size?

We encourage reviewing the size chart provided on each product page prior to placing your order, as all pieces are produced specifically for this release.

For a sculpted, contouring fit, we recommend selecting your usual size. If you prefer a slightly more relaxed feel with lighter compression, you may choose to size up. Moving up one size will not create a baggy effect, but instead offers a smoother, more comfortable fit while maintaining the garment’s refined silhouette.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because each piece is reserved and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and our team will carefully review the matter and determine the next steps.

What if my item arrives earlier than expected?
