At Noiré, each release is produced in intentionally limited quantities and reserved specifically for our clients. This considered production model allows us to maintain the level of quality, structure, and refinement that defines our brand.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We encourage reviewing all product details and the size chart available on each product page prior to completing your purchase to support a confident selection.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so our team can carefully review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

To help us assess your request efficiently, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Requests submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for review.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because pieces are allocated for production shortly after an order is placed, modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible, and our team will review your request.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition if a return is authorized due to damage or error.
